We’re Looking for a Warehouse Assistant!
Spark Staging is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable, hands-on, and highly organized Warehouse Assistant to join our team. This role is primarily based in our studio’s warehouse, supporting the logistics behind our staging projects. Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations
Receive large deliveries including pallets; unload, unbox, and inspect incoming merchandise
Organize, and shelve décor, artwork, books, pots, faux plants, and staging materials
Break down and manage packing materials and warehouse waste
Maintain a clean, efficient, and well-organized warehouse environment
Pack and pull décor and staging materials for upcoming projects
Unpack and reshelve returned or unused items after installations
Coordinate and oversee third party moving partner pick ups and deliveries
Inventory Management
Maintain and update the online inventory tracking system
Track product and materials moving in and out of the warehouse
Recording products used in each staging project
Monitor stock levels and flag items that need restocking or reordering
Assist with periodic inventory audits to ensure accuracy
On-Site Project Support (as needed)
Support the staging team on project installations
Assist with installing faux plants and large plant arrangements
Help transport and place décor items on-site
Ensure materials are handled carefully and efficiently during load-in and load-out
Qualifications & Requirements:
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a physically demanding role
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, move large items, bend, and be on your feet for extended periods
Experience with inventory management systems (specifically inFlow) or warehouse organization is a plus
Google Workspace (specifically Google Docs) experience
Strong communication skills
Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive
Positive attitude and collaborative mindset
